Paula joined GFN in March 2020 and is based in Bogota, Colombia. She supports food banks and national food bank networks in the Latin American region by providing technical assistance. Paula brings more than 12 years of experience working in poverty and hunger alleviation, strategic planning, and management. Prior to GFN, she served as Director of Red Unidos (Program of Poverty Alleviation of the National Government of Colombia) and as Planning and Project Coordinator at the Asociación de Bancos de Alimentos de Colombia (ABACO) for five years, where she supported the strategic planning and certification process.
