Amidst persistently high demand, food banks provided vital services in 2023

As hunger rates remained high globally in 2023, food banks around the world responded by expanding food distribution and redirecting surplus food to get it to more people. Members of The Global FoodBanking Network (GFN) provided food and grocery products to over 40 million people in more than 50 countries last year.
